FT811 uses a SUS316 double-wall vacuum-insulated cup with a two-tone spray-coated finish. Its dual-drink lid provides a straw port and a screw-on sipping lid, combining portable blending with an insulated drinking tumbler.

Our standard payment terms are T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Payment by letter of credit (L/C) is also accepted.

Production typically takes approximately 20–30 days after order confirmation and receipt of the deposit. The final lead time is confirmed with your quotation and depends on the selected configuration, customisation requirements, order quantity and sample approval.

Products are packed in standard export cartons. The current standard packing for FT811 is 16 pieces per carton. Final packing and container loading quantities are confirmed during quotation based on your selected configuration and packaging requirements.

The FT811, FT831, FT833 and FT855 share the same 600ml SUS316 double-wall vacuum-insulated cup platform, the same 120W motor with DC 570 / 11.1V operation and the same 1800mAh × 3-cell battery configuration.

They differ in appearance: body and lid styling are different for each model. Each product page lists its own lid material — the FT811 uses a PP lid, while the FT831, FT833 and FT855 list a PC lid with an optional BPA-free PCTG lid. Motor power, battery configuration and cup capacity are the same across the four models; any change to cup material, motor power or battery capacity is confirmed per project.

Cell capacities such as 1300mAh, 1500mAh, 1800mAh and 2000mAh are not available on every model or in every combination — the applicable cells for a given model must be confirmed with our team.
