The CEOOL ZK13 is a compact rechargeable insulated personal blender for brands, importers and wholesale buyers developing smoothie products for travel, fitness and everyday use.
Its standard configuration combines a 350ml SUS316 double-wall vacuum-insulated cup, an 80W motor and a 26-blade SUS304 stainless steel cutter. The insulated cup combines blending and drinking functions in a compact product.
A carry handle and twist-on drinking lid support everyday portability. The blender uses USB-C charging and a double-click start control.

Can I get a sample, and how fast?
Yes. Samples are available with a lead time of 3–7 days, excluding international shipping time. Please contact us to confirm the sample configuration and shipping arrangements.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ for ZK13 bulk orders is 1,000 pieces. Please include your preferred colours, battery configuration and packaging requirements when requesting a quotation.
Can I order ZK13 with my own branding?
Yes. We support OEM and private label enquiries for logo application, custom product colours and packaging. Available options are confirmed during quotation and sample approval.

What battery transport and safety reports are available?
We provide the following documentation for our lithium-battery products, including portable blenders, cordless food processors and electric self-stirring mugs:

- MSDS / SDS — Safety data sheets for battery materials, supporting shipping and carrier documentation requirements.

What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Payment by letter of credit (L/C) is also accepted.
What is the production lead time?
Production typically takes approximately 20–30 days after order confirmation and receipt of the deposit. The final lead time is confirmed with your quotation and depends on the selected configuration, customisation requirements, order quantity and sample approval.
Do you export to my country?
We serve brands in more than 20 countries across North America, Europe and Asia, and have experience shipping to major ports worldwide. Please tell us your destination country and port so we can confirm shipping arrangements.
How are the products packed and loaded?
Products are packed in standard export cartons. The current standard packing for ZK13 is 20 pieces per carton. Final packing and container loading quantities are confirmed during quotation based on your selected configuration and packaging requirements.
Do you provide after-sales support?
Yes. We provide one-year warranty support and spare-parts service for OEM/ODM projects.
How do the ZK11, ZK13 and ZK11D differ?
The ZK11, ZK13 and ZK11D share the same 350ml SUS316 double-wall vacuum-insulated cup, the same 80W motor with DC 390 / 7.4V operation and the same 1500mAh × 2-cell battery configuration.
- ZK11: 350ml, 80W motor, DC 390 / 7.4V, 1500mAh × 2 cells, SUS316 double-wall vacuum-insulated cup.
- ZK13: 350ml, 80W motor, DC 390 / 7.4V, 1500mAh × 2 cells, SUS316 double-wall vacuum-insulated cup.
- ZK11D: 350ml, 80W motor, DC 390 / 7.4V, 1500mAh × 2 cells, SUS316 double-wall vacuum-insulated cup.
Power character: DC 390 — “Crushes Ice · Balanced Power”.
They differ in appearance only: the body and lid styling of the three models are different. Cup capacity, motor, voltage and battery configuration are the same.
Cell capacities such as 1300mAh, 1500mAh, 1800mAh and 2000mAh are not available on every model or in every combination — the applicable cells for a given model must be confirmed with our team.
Does the ZK13 have a user-replaceable battery for the EU market?
Yes. The ZK13 is designed with a removable battery pack that can be replaced by the user. For EU market projects, contact us to review the selected configuration and obtain supporting information relating to Article 11 of EU Regulation 2023/1542.
